As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of a dynamic agency team, leveraging your business knowledge and technical expertise to help clients and teams solve complex problems.

• Become subject matter expert on marketing operations ecosystem.
• Analyze ecosystem and data processes for improvements.
• Assist with troubleshooting and analysis of data processing issues.

Requirements

• BA in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of overall work experience or relevant qualifications.
• 1-3 years of experience as a business analyst or IT consultant.
• Experience in digital marketing, contact center, CRM a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in technical writing.
• Experience with business planning tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Military or government experience a plus.
