Mid/Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum), you will help scope, define, design, and deliver solutions that provide business outcomes and will serve as a facilitator between the IT Global Delivery Team and Business Stakeholders.

In Short

• Work in continuous delivery mode, analyzing, testing and delivering features iteratively.
• Demonstrate Agile processes and principles for effective delivery.
• Create, refine, and maintain user stories and associated deliverables.
• Provide guidance on sizing stories and determining technical story details.
• Work with the Product Owner and BAs on defining acceptance criteria.
• Test user stories with business stakeholders.
• Guide the team on Agile development methodology.
• Provide coaching for junior resources.
• Facilitate meetings and support consensus outcomes.
• Remove blockers for teams and champion cross-functional efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools.
• Proficient with user stories, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with requirement gathering and process modeling.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Experience moderating team dynamics.
