Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to develop a next-generation system that impacts healthcare quality, requiring strong analytical and communication skills.

In Short

• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across all applications.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document findings.
• Guide teams using Human Centered Design and Scrum methodologies.
• Provide demonstrations of system applications to stakeholders.
• Perform analysis of business and user needs.
• Guide and advise less experienced Business Analysts.
• Develop and update technical documentation.
• Support product vision workshops.
• Work with stakeholders to develop and prioritize user stories.

Requirements

• Must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government.
• 7 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of IT experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Collaborative, innovative, and analytical mindset.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• Flexible with changing priorities.
