Senior Business Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in data flow and system behavior.
• Analyze system issues from a functional data perspective.
• Create and maintain system documentation and reports.
• Experience with Intersystem Ensemble system is required.
• Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs is strongly desired.
• Position is 100% remote with availability during EST business hours.
• Requires US Citizenship with Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Responsibilities include tracking messages, maintaining rules, and performing updates to databases.
• Must have excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with EHR systems implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3 years relevant experience with federal healthcare programs.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid project management frameworks.
• Proficiency in producing functional requirements documents and business process models.
• Thorough knowledge of data migration and interfacing.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain VA Public Trust Clearance.
