Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst at UiPath, you will play a crucial role in transforming automation processes for clients by holding process walkthroughs, assessing automation feasibility, and designing solutions using lean and design thinking principles.

In Short

• Conduct process walkthroughs with clients and document requirements.
• Prepare high-level solution designs and assess automation feasibility.
• Create business cases and perform Cost Benefit Analysis.
• Prepare test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Measure KPIs pre- and post-automation.
• Contribute to the knowledge base with market-specific solutions.
• Stay updated with new UiPath technologies.
• Provide thought leadership on automation opportunities.
• Extract and transform customer process data using UiPath tools.
• Assist with client training as needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis.
• 4+ years of experience with process automation tools, preferably UiPath.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Experience in data cleansing and preparation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of RPA and complementary technologies.
• Experience with business process mapping tools.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to translate business challenges into data insights.
