Overview

The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term retention while collaborating with the product team to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

  • Exposure to regenerative agriculture or nature markets.
  • Experience in larger Customer Success teams.
  • Experience with account management.
  • Fluent in German and English.
