Overview

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for managing customer contracts and driving value-driven conversations throughout the customer lifecycle to support renewals and upselling opportunities.

In Short

  • Manage large volumes of customer contracts.
  • Drive forward the Client Engagement Model for mutual success.
  • Anticipate customer needs and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain periodic check-ins with key customers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide advanced product information to meet customer needs.
  • Experience in renewing customers and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% if necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in Success and Renewals.
  • Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Gong preferred.
  • Comfortable with various communication methods.
  • Proven success in managing a high-volume portfolio.
  • Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
