In Short

  • Responsible for ensuring customers get maximum value from the platform.
  • Drive customer engagement, product adoption, and long-term retention.
  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth setup of their Sibill environment.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively reach out to prevent churn.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing pain points and opportunities.
  • Educate customers about product features and updates.
  • Deliver strategic follow-ups for long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams.
  • Focus on proactive and relationship-driven growth.
  • Measure success through KPIs like NPS and Retention Rate.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Success or client-facing role.
  • Empathy, problem-solving attitude, and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication in Italian and English.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.
  • Comfortable with data and metrics.
  • Curious, proactive, and highly collaborative.
