In Short

  • Responsible for selling our product to accounting firms.
  • Targeting the first 100 firms and structuring the sales team.
  • Define the acquisition strategy and sales process.
  • Conduct demos in person and remotely.
  • Guide clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Develop a network of accounting firms for referrals.
  • Analyze portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
  • Support the organization in industry events.
  • 5–10 years of experience in commercial roles.

Requirements

  • Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or services for accounting professionals.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with professionals.
  • Knowledge of the Italian accounting sector or willingness to learn.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Degree in economics, marketing, engineering or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Passion for technology and innovation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools is a plus.
