Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist at Colibri, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, helping them navigate the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring they achieve their training goals.

In Short

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for B2B clients.
  • Understand clients' goals and provide tailored training solutions.
  • Respond to inquiries via Salesforce with clarity and empathy.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and Product teams to resolve issues.
  • Monitor client activity and LMS usage for training opportunities.
  • Share tips and best practices to drive client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce.
  • Document client interactions and troubleshooting steps.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer journeys.
  • Work remotely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a client-facing role.
  • Experience with LMS or EdTech platforms preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail in client interactions.
  • Ability to assess client needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Comfort using CRM tools like Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in banking, insurance, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Understanding of compliance training.
  • Familiarity with eLearning course formats.
  • Prior remote work experience with cross-functional teams.
