Overview

Kupa Global is seeking a Goal-driven, strategic, and tech-literate Business Developer to help expand their footprint across the UK and key global markets. This role focuses on driving sustainable business growth and developing strategic client partnerships.

In Short

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the UK and internationally.
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound growth plans.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key technical stakeholders.
  • Effectively pitch Kupa Global’s Talent-as-a-Service model.
  • Translate client hiring needs into actionable talent strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Represent Kupa Global in online events and client engagements.

Requirements

  • 3 - 6+ years’ experience in business development or B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to sell into CTO/CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and software development terminology.
  • Experience in developing business across the UK and developed markets.
  • Familiarity with outsourced tech talent models or remote team strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in presentations.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote team.
