Technical Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Technical Business Analyst will work with product owners and requesters to gather requirements, validate processes, understand scope, test steps to reproduce, and assist with demos and training for system requests.

In Short

• Provides support to cross functional team(s) with high attention to detail.
• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings.
• Document and distribute new or revised processes and procedures.
• Analyze business problems and recommend solutions.
• Write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Create and implement solution design that meets business needs.
• Create and implement project plans when applicable.
• Test design, manage QA and UAT, verify solutions.
• Facilitate user acceptance and sign off.
• Perform system demos and conduct user training.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Well-versed in Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with positive collaborative relationships.
• Familiar with relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with the Salesforce Platform.
