Technical Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

Random Bit is seeking a Technical Business Analyst, preferably with experience in Medicaid, Medicare, or Health and Human Services to work closely with our architects on Medicaid enterprise system modernization planning projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Five years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and process modeling.
• Strong understanding of databases and software architecture.
• Ability to read or write SQL and Python preferred.
• Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office and JIRA.
• Familiarity with modeling frameworks like UML.
• Proficient in creating various diagrams and documentation.
• Experience in Health and Human Services, preferably Medicaid.
• Detail-oriented and capable of high-quality documentation.
