Overview

As a Technical Business Analyst for the NICE CXone platform, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and working closely with technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

In Short

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement.
Support system configuration and design for NICE CXone.
Assist in migration from Cisco platforms to NICE CXone.
Integrate NICE CXone with Salesforce CRM.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts.
Document business requirements and system designs.
Demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in contact center solutions.
Experience with NICE CXone or similar platforms.
Experience in Salesforce CRM integration.
Strong understanding of contact center operations.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience with system integration processes.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with cloud technologies.
Strong analytical skills.
