Overview

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales enablement by creating, maintaining, and managing content and programs.

In Short

  • Provides support to the Sales teams, with a high attention to detail
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
  • May coach and review the work of other team members
  • Assists in developing, executing, optimizing and assessing the enablement program
  • Provides research and benchmarks external sales enablement technologies and processes
  • Aggregates and disseminates internal communications that impact the Sales team or our partners
  • Contributes ideas for new programs and training techniques
  • Organizes training for new product, tool, and process launches
  • Documents and archives product, process, and partner related information
  • Solicits feedback from the Sales team and other internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable work area
  • Ability to adapt to new technology/processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge in CRM platforms (Salesforce)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
