Overview

The Operations Manager will lead day-to-day business operations for a fast-growing pet health brand, ensuring operational excellence and problem-solving without constant oversight.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Experience in DTC e-commerce, preferably in human or pet supplements.
• Ability to work in EST/CST timezones.
• Proactive and resourceful mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
