The Account Executive is dedicated to selling our comprehensive suite of solutions, EverCheck and Immuware, across a designated territory. As a trusted advisor, you’ll forge strong relationships within this specialized market and guide complex sales cycles that address compliance and operational efficiency needs for our customers. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, competitive individual with a deep understanding of the healthcare compliance landscape and a passion for shaping the future of healthcare technology.

In Short

  • Lead sales efforts across assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Build and execute business plans for growth.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients.
  • Build strategic relationships with decision-makers.
  • Continuously track industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of EverCheck and Immuware solutions.
  • Oversee the sales funnel from opportunity identification to close.
  • Lead the proposal and bid process.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and SaaS sales tools.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare staffing processes.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings.
