Requirements

  • Ability to drive operational change and process improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and customer success software.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with SLED SaaS or healthcare technology preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
