Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving growth through new business opportunities by contacting and qualifying potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining assigned accounts.

In Short

Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach to generate new business.
Oversee daily freight operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate freight quotes while maintaining profitability.
Utilize internal and external TMS systems to track shipments.
Work cross-functionally with carrier sales, marketing, and operations.
Support additional logistics and sales tasks as needed.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Experience in sales and customer management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with TMS systems is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
