Overview

As a Sales Executive at Glean, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business within your territory, navigating complex organizational structures, and collaborating with internal partners to ensure customer success while consistently meeting revenue targets.

In Short

  • Source and close net new logos within a given territory
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors
  • Understand business objectives and perform a value-driven sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward
  • Deliver ARR revenue targets through a metric-based approach
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline
  • Create ROI and business justification reports
  • Run POCs based on business success criteria

Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing experience in Sales
  • Able to learn and demonstrate a highly technical product
  • Experience closing complex deals and selling to complex organizations
  • Ability to uncover greenfield opportunities
  • Experience selling face-to-face to C-level executives
  • Knowledge of software integrations, APIs, and security
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions
  • Basic understanding of search infrastructure is a plus
  • Experience working with multiple teams including SEs and PMs
  • Experience with target account and solution selling methodologies
  • Candidates are required to reside in the Bay Area.
