  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy for Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership for aligned training.

  • Develop content supporting sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze enablement initiatives' effectiveness.
  • Facilitate training sessions on sales enablement content.
  • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for impactful content.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales enablement or training.
  • Proven success in selling cycles.
  • Preference for Command of the Message Certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in content management systems.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer journey mapping.
  • Ability to analyze data for informed decisions.
