In Short

  • Provide technical support to customers and other departments.
  • Handle technical issues of highest complexity without supervision.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Specialize in multiple technical areas/products.
  • Take ownership and manage customer cases effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with customers on resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions.
  • Identify product issues and provide reproduction information.
  • Support new company products with on-the-job training.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and independence in technical questions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in software troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL database design and principles.
  • Experience with Node.js, JavaScript, Java, and distributed computing.
  • Strong grasp of database concepts and information systems.
  • Understanding of network concepts and tools.
  • Familiarity with Linux hardware resource usage.
  • Expertise in data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Experience with data modeling and document formats.
  • Cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
