In Short

  • Provide high-quality technical support through multiple channels.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to networking, web applications, APIs, and cloud architectures.
  • Diagnose problems by analyzing logs and network requests.
  • Document findings and solutions for customers and internal teams.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal support tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives.
  • Identify common issues and develop proactive strategies for resolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a highly technical support role.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal form.
  • Ability to outline technical reasoning effectively.
  • Strong understanding of HTTP and web fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with cloud and proxy infrastructure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in distributed systems.
  • Experience in reading and writing JavaScript code.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control.
  • Awareness of mobile application types and debugging tools (bonus).
