Overview

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Crogl, you will be the primary technical support contact for customers, helping them with issues related to data platforms, security tools, and cloud systems.

Requirements

• A passion for listening, diagnosing and solving problems for customers.
• Experience with databases, datalakes and log tools (Postgres, Databricks, Splunk)
• Experience with compound AI components (LLM’s, Vector DBs)
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong troubleshooting skills for integrations, security and data systems
