In Short

• Conduct in-depth vulnerability research across various platforms, systems, and applications
• Develop and implement detection rules and signatures for emerging threats
• Analyze malware, exploits, and attack techniques
• Create and refine detection engineering methodologies
• Research and document new attack vectors
• Collaborate with SOC teams
• Develop proof-of-concept exploits
• Contribute to threat intelligence
• Document findings in comprehensive technical reports
• Participate in incident response activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a SOC Analyst role or similar security operations position
• Proven experience in vulnerability research and exploit development
• Strong understanding of detection engineering principles
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Experience with SIEM platforms and EDR solutions
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in security
• Experience with threat hunting methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
