Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer to drive the success of Procore’s Enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll be the product champion of Procore and serve as a subject matter expert. You will succeed in this role when the customer succeeds in adopting and realizing business performance gains from their investment in Procore.

In Short

  • Drive customer success for Procore’s Enterprise clients.
  • Serve as a product champion and subject matter expert.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for optimizing Procore usage.
  • Craft value-based presentations to address customer business problems.
  • Provide product updates and participate in demonstrations.
  • Act as a technical account manager with high responsiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Marketing.
  • Develop mastery of Procore’s products and industry best practices.
  • Up to 50% travel to client sites and industry events.
  • Foster a positive team culture and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

  • Passion for construction and technology.
  • 8+ years of Construction industry expertise preferred.
  • 8+ years in Customer Success or Technical Pre-Sales.
  • Strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s offerings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on time-sensitive projects.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience as a technology evangelist is a plus.
  • Understanding of various construction verticals is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
