Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer to drive the success of Procore’s Enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll be the product champion of Procore and serve as a subject matter expert. You will succeed in this role when the customer succeeds in adopting and realizing business performance gains from their investment in Procore.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Procore.
  • Develop mastery of Procore’s products and industry best practices.
  • Up to 50% travel to client sites and events.

Requirements

  • Passion for construction and technology.
  • 8+ years of construction industry expertise preferred.
  • 8+ years of Customer Success or Technical Pre-Sales experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude for Procore’s offerings.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience as a technology evangelist in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Understanding of various construction verticals is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
  • Experience managing construction projects is preferred.
