The Strategic Relationship Manager will oversee and drive the growth, strategy, and performance of PCS insurance distribution partners, focusing on high-net-worth individuals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in personal insurance, with 2 years in HNW client distribution.
  • Proven sales and growth achievement.
  • Strong understanding of HNW client needs.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in strategic development and project execution.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Keen business acumen and analytical skills.
