Platinum Accounts Specialist & CAT Response Manager - Remote

Overview

The Platinum Accounts Specialist and CAT Response Manager will be responsible for handling all Risk Management Services for the largest and most complex accounts insured with Private Client Select, providing exceptional policyholder service and coordinating CAT response.

In Short

• Coordinate and complete Risk Management inspections.
• Attend Underwriting proposal and renewal meetings.
• Conduct prospective inspections for high-value homes.
• Deliver loss prevention advice for entire accounts.
• Complete comprehensive risk assessment reports.
• Identify cross sell and up sell opportunities.
• Act as client advocate during the Claims process.
• Travel approximately 40%-50% of the month.
• Participate in broker presentations.
• Work independently and manage a book of business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years of High Net Worth Risk Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting concepts.
• Experience in construction, architecture, real estate, or insurance.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Detail-oriented and self-directed.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workflows.
• Initiative on projects and assignments.
• Ability to conduct inspections on high-value homes.
• Strong communication skills.
