Overview

The Account Analyst position involves processing core functions within operations, focusing on customer service and support for Private Client Select clients.

• Responsible for new business quoting and policy issuance.
• Handles Broker of Record changes and policy transfers.
• Supports clients through phone and email correspondence.
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
• Reviews quote requests and enters data into systems.
• Issues policies per agent’s request and underwriter’s instruction.
• Knowledgeable on the quote to bind process.
• Maintains quality and time service standards.
• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert and coach for new hires.
• Maintains organized written materials and updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years insurance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of P&C industry and products.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Independent problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal relationship building abilities.
