Accounting Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Finance division at BCBST is looking to add an Accounting Analyst to our team. This role provides a variety of financial preparation services to the organization, including record keeping, reporting, analysis, etc.

In Short

• Designing, developing and preparing accurate and timely financial statements.
• Identifying and researching trends and developments.
• Leading special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Collaborating with others identifying process improvements.
• Employee benefit accounting and account reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of experience in an accounting/financial position.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership teams.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
