In Short

• Detail-oriented Accounting General Analyst with experience in managing financial operations for Mexico.
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Tax Compliance, and General Accounting Activities.
• Strong understanding of local tax regulations.
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper validation.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Prepare and send invoices, including VAT compliance checks.
• Process and reconcile Complemento de Pago (Payment Receipts).
• Calculate and analyze PDD for expected credit losses.
• Maintain accurate records of PDD adjustments and reconcile with financial statements.
• Support cash application and bank reconciliations.
