Overview

We are seeking a Specialist Seller to join our Growth Sales organization. This role will play a pivotal part in driving customer adoption and revenue growth across Sinch’s strategic product portfolio, including Chatlayer, Conversational API, Sinch Engage, and Verification Products.

In Short

  • Partner with Growth and New Logo Account Executives to accelerate opportunities and deliver on revenue targets.
  • Lead in-depth discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and align Sinch solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, delivering demos of Sinch’s solutions.
  • Guide customers through pricing discussions and contracting processes.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity management in Salesforce.
  • Provide reliable forecasts and contribute insights to business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or SaaS.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for forecasting and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
