Accounting Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Accounting Analyst at Voxy will manage day-to-day accounting functions, improve processes for efficient month-end closing, and collaborate with teams across various countries to support business growth.

In Short

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions.
• Contribute to revenue recognition, commissions, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
• Work with monthly close including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Assist with financial reporting for all stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with external accounting firms.
• Document and monitor internal controls.
• Involvement with company budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting.
• Experience with month-end closing routines and bank reconciliations.
• Experience with accounting/reconciliation of payroll, prepaid expenses, withheld taxes, and revenue.
• Advanced in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Intermediate/Advanced English level.
