Sales Development Representative - Remote

Overview

Portoro is seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative who excels in outbound communication to help engage vacation rental owners across the US.

In Short

• Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to vacation rental owners across multiple markets.
• Run multi-channel outreach: calls, email, text, light mailer follow-up.
• Book qualified meetings for our Director of Business Development and local General Managers.
• Keep our HubSpot database clean, accurate, and up to date.
• Update lead statuses, notes, and tasks after every touch.
• Follow and improve our scripts, email templates, and sequences based on what works.
• Provide simple weekly reports: dials, conversations, meetings set, and list quality feedback.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with outbound sales processes.
• Ability to manage and maintain a clean CRM.
• Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
