We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to grow our short-term rental inventory by selling Portoro’s premier property management solutions to homeowners in the Bend/Sunriver market.

In Short

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to homeowners.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about local regulations and trends.
  • CRM Management: Manage your sales pipeline in our CRM.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with local Operations team.
  • Community Engagement: Represent Portoro in local events.
  • Goal-Oriented: Meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle sales.
  • Hunter Mentality: Drive to find and close new business.
  • Experience in building a book of business.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in vacation rental management.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bend/Sunriver market.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
