In Short

• Lead partnerships with software and technology vendors in the Acute and Payer business.
• Support Senior Leaders in identifying and driving partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Go-To-Market teams on product launches.
• Develop, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitive evaluations.
• Represent the partnership organization in executive meetings.
• Maintain partnership records in Salesforce.
• Expected travel of 10% per quarter.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. required; M.B.A. preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business strategy or partnership management.
• Strong business judgment and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in contract navigation and enforcement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and technical competence.
• Experience in Health Plan or Health System Operations is a plus.
