Overview

PointClickCare is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who is Salesforce certified and a subject matter expert to support strategic initiatives and build relationships with the business community.

In Short

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce.
• Lead requirements interviews and workshops to gather business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes and technology solutions.
• Conduct QA activities and create detailed test scripts and plans.
• Support end-user training and enablement programs.
• Use Agile and Design Thinking methodologies for project execution.
• Experience with modeling tools and project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools is required.
• Generative AI knowledge is a plus.
