As a Business Development Manager at Plenti, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our consumer lending portfolio while expanding our brand presence within your designated state.

  • Represent Plenti at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers on key initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to brokers.
  • Track and report on sales performance.
  • Work 3-4 days per week in the field.
  • Build lasting relationships and expand market share.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in sales or finance account management.
  • Proven experience in business development within financial services.
  • A strong network within the broker or aggregator landscape.
  • Track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset for developing long-term sales initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of lending products and market dynamics.
  • Strong time management and self-organisation skills.
  • Integrity and professionalism in building trust.
