Overview

As the Regional Partnerships Manager at Playworks, you will lead a team to ensure high-quality implementation of programming across schools, focusing on partnership management and trainer development.

In Short

• Lead a team of Pro Trainers to implement Playworks programming.
• Manage school and district partnerships.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching for trainers.
• Oversee implementation of curriculum and digital services.
• Maintain strong relationships with district partners.
• Support trainers in their liaison roles with schools.

• Travel extensively across Northern California for training.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in coaching or programming for schools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience managing long-term partnerships.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Knowledge of youth development principles.
• Experience in a matrix organizational structure.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Cirrus is preferred.
