Overview

As a Playworks Trainer, you will provide professional development for adult learners on facilitating safe and healthy play across Northern California.

In Short

• Deliver trainings and consultations on play and youth development.
• Maintain relationships with clients pre- and post-training.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in adult training.
• Experience leading groups of children.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
• Experience in training and curriculum development.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes.
• Comfortable in a playful work culture.
• Ability to work outside normal hours.
