Territory Manager - Northern California - Remote

Overview

Symmetrio is actively recruiting a Territory Manager for our customer, a US-based surgical oncology solutions company. The Territory Manager will be the key individual responsible for growing the adoption and utilization of our customers’ products within the Northern California market.

• Exceed top-line revenue goals and key performance indicators.
• Present product features and benefits during sales consultations and events.
• Select and accelerate new sales opportunities with key stakeholders.
• Develop accurate sales forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Identify activities to drive the sales process within the territory.
• Gain clinical support and approval processes through professional sales skills.
• Utilize sales tools and best practices to increase productivity.
• Manage CRM for account planning and nurturing leads.
• Submit necessary paperwork accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical or oncology field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel within the Northern California territory.
