Overview

Donaldson is seeking a results-driven and motivated Territory Sales Manager for Northern California and Northern Nevada to focus on selling capital equipment for industrial air pollution control.

In Short

  • Grow sales of industrial air pollution control capital equipment.
  • Travel within assigned territory to meet customers and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Sell to end-users and channel partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Work with engineering firms to develop specifications for new capital projects.
  • Gather voice of customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ideal candidates must live within the territory.
  • Up to 20% travel required.
  • Competitive compensation package including no-ceiling commission plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Prior territory management experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM.
  • Technical aptitude in mechanical fields.
  • Experience selling machinery and capital equipment to manufacturers.
  • Ability to thrive in a self-directed environment.
  • Prior industrial sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in filtration or dust collection is a plus.
