Field Service Technician II - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician II for Donaldson Filtration Services is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing compressed air and dust collection systems across multiple industries.

In Short

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair filtration systems.
• Support industries including manufacturing, mining, agriculture, and power.
• Primary responsibility in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
• Overnight travel expectations of 25% with a company vehicle provided.
• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial ventilation systems.
• Establish positive relationships with customers and vendors.
• Work in diverse and physical conditions.
• Maintain service records using field service management software.
• Requires valid driver's license and ability to wear a respirator.
• 3+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
• 1+ year of industrial or related experience.
• Ability to travel and work overtime when needed.
• Mechanical knowledge and experience with air compressor service.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organized.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Pass physical requirements evaluation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with electric motors and three-phase power.
