Overview

The Chain Sales Manager (CSM) is responsible for achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales objectives within the Northern California Off-Premise Chain Retail Account Universe, building and maintaining high-impact sales relationships with retail chain customers.

• Lead field sales execution management and drive sales in the assigned region.

• Manage regional POS ordering and monitor inventory.
• Drive sales efforts at key National and Regional accounts.
• Focus on key accounts like Safeway, Walmart, and CVS.

Requirements

• Experience in sales management or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and sales strategy development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within Northern California.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals.
