Overview

As Senior Director of Channel Sales, you will own and scale our global channel and partnerships program from the ground up in a fast-growing cybersecurity company.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners.
  • Build and lead a high-performing channel team.
  • Manage executive-level partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Design and manage partner programs.
  • Drive partner-sourced revenue growth.
  • Analyze channel performance and report on partner health.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of channel/partnership sales experience in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling channel programs.
  • Deep relationships with key cybersecurity channel players.
  • Experience managing MSSPs and technology alliances.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Exceptional executive presence and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel ~40–50%.
