Lead HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Lead HRIS Analyst will drive the development and execution of the Workday strategy and roadmap, partnering with stakeholders to enhance the employee lifecycle through scalable solutions.

In Short

• Own the strategic direction of Plaid’s Workday platform.
• Define and execute the Workday roadmap for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary Workday architect and subject matter expert.
• Lead end-to-end HRIS initiatives in partnership with teams and vendors.
• Ensure Workday security, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Develop and maintain reports and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor within the People Technology function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HRIS or people technology.
• 6+ years of Workday configuration and support experience.
• Deep understanding of HR business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with other People technologies and integration tools preferred.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security requirements preferred.
