Lead HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

GoDaddy is looking for a Lead HRIS Analyst to specialise and support in multiple areas of Workday’s human capital management software with an emphasis on Benefits. You will be involved in our Workday roadmap as we expand our global presence and provide an outstanding employee experience.

In Short

• Assess relevant Workday issues and improvement requests.
• Mentor HRIS analysts and HR Operations Team members in EMEA.
• Create and coordinate support cases using Jira.
• Facilitate Backlog review meetings with workstream leads.
• Foster ongoing Workday relationships.
• Provide support for Workday issues and updates.
• Provide Workday Administrator support as defined for the team.
• Other projects and work as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM system.
• Familiarity with Payroll, Talent, Benefits, Compensation, Performance modules.
• Good communication and process improvement skills.
• Strong organisational skills and project management experience.
• Exceptional focus on detail and capability to deliver precise data.
• Good level of English – both written and spoken.
