HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

Greenhouse is looking for a detail-oriented and systems-savvy HRIS Analyst to join our People Team and provide day-to-day support within our HRIS platform. This role will play a critical part in maintaining and optimizing the employee experience through accurate data, seamless processes, and responsive support.

In Short

• Support daily operations in our HRIS platform (Workday).
• Serve as the first line of support for system-related inquiries.
• Maintain data integrity by performing audits and validations.
• Assist in configuring business processes and security roles.
• Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Participate in testing for new releases and enhancements.
• Document HRIS processes and provide training to users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.
• Stay current on updates and HR technology trends.
• Handle additional projects as needed.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in HRIS or People Systems roles.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes.
• Experience with HRIS modules such as HCM and Reporting.
• Comfortable with system configuration and troubleshooting.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
