As a Technical Recruiter, you will support the GenSWE programmatic approach to software engineering hiring, which drives the majority of Plaid’s engineering growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting software engineers.
• Experience running late-stage recruiting cycles.
• Strong closing skills and candidate-first strategies.
• Trusted partner to engineering managers.
• Skilled in high-volume recruiting.
• Comfort using data to drive decisions.
• Nice to have: Experience in a client lead recruiting model.
• Exposure to scaling programmatic hiring efforts.
• Background in high-growth SaaS or fintech recruiting.
